Nils is Managing Director and Partner of REA Ventures. With many years of experience in investment banking and the strategy department of an international bank, his focus is on strategy development of our portfolio companies and M&A activities. As a member of various boards, Nils represents the interests of REA Ventures in our portfolio companies.
Pascal has over twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in the brokerage and FinTech sector. His expertise ranges from founding, brand and sales development in Germany and abroad to IPO and sale to an international investor. He supports REA Ventures' portfolio companies in developing innovative business models as well as designing and executing marketing and growth strategies.
Uygar is an information technology and software engineering professional with more than two decades of experience. He has a very strong background in fintech space especially at payments & banking domains. Uygar joined REA Ventures to help portfolio companies in their scale-up journey and is responsible for IT strategy and research & development activities to support venture capital’s strategic goals and objectives.
Whether it’s the payment industry, FinTech, crypto or digital securities trading, Teyhan’s extensive experience means he understands the regulatory and technical requirements of the financial industry. Some startups Teyhan has been involved in during his career have risen to the mid-market due to his creative and pragmatic approach. He is passionate about using technology to open up new markets and place them globally.
Tim is an expert in corporate finance and controlling. He contributes to the development of REA Ventures' investment strategy and is part of the project team for M&A activities. His focus is on the data-driven development of our portfolio companies within the REA Ventures strategy. As a trained banker, Tim supports our portfolio companies in risk management as well as regulatory reporting.
Ole supports the REA Ventures team in data analysis, controlling processes as well as various projects at the portfolio companies. His bachelor's and master's degree with a focus on financial accounting form the professional basis, which he has already been able to deepen through activities in auditing and group controlling.
Adrian supports the team in controlling our investments, strategic data analysis and regulatory tasks. Furthermore, he assists in financial and commercial due diligence projects of potential M&A targets. Adrian already accompanied young companies in Germany as well as in Bangkok, so he has a well developed social and intercultural competence. In his last job, the structured and goal-oriented way of working was in the foreground. Thus Adrian impresses with his problem solving competence.
Our team is based in Hamburg and consists of people with different backgrounds and interests. We support our portfolio companies in various disciplines and are currently looking for committed individuals to join us.
